Our Mission
About this agency
The National Printing Office is the primary service provider for national, provincial, city, and municipal governments—including corporations and agencies—as mandated by Memorandum Circular No. 180 s. 2009, Executive Order No. 285 s. 1987, and Executive Order No. 378 s. 2004.
Under GPPB Resolution No. 05-2010, NPO is a Recognized Government Printer authorized to produce accountable forms and sensitive, high-volume documents for national government branches, constitutional offices, departments, bureaus, agencies, universities, GOCCs, institutions, and LGUs.
We are further tasked to print official ballots, election paraphernalia, statements of votes, certificates of canvass, and paper seals pursuant to Section 184 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 881 (Omnibus Election Code) and Section 13 of Republic Act No. 9369.
NPO retains exclusive printing jurisdiction over public documents such as the Official Gazette, while also accepting other government publication requirements.
